Do we really need another nature poster in our life? Probably. The fact is that many of us work in offices or in an environment that is not too natural, while a lucky few have an office set up in a natural environment.

And I guess that’s what a lot of us are looking for. Somewhere in our dreams of how we see our life unfolding, we have mental images of ourselves in nature or in a natural setting. This could be a farm, or even an indoor garden, anywhere we can get that necessary direct contact with nature.

But how can a nature publication help us?

Increasingly, research points to the value of direct contact with nature, informing us that it leads to greater mental health and psychological development, and explains why urban dwellers are so drawn to nature.

Cities have their place. And when we leave the city we can appreciate nature even more. Nature allows us to free our senses more, reduce stress, relax and enjoy the tranquility of it all.

I feel inspired when I look at a poster of nature…

That’s how it is. Research shows that a window view of nature (as opposed to a built environment)… improves job performance in workplace settings and increases job satisfaction. (This may also help explain the prevalence of illustrated nature posters and calendars on the walls of windowless office cubicles.)

So there you have it. And of course, a nature poster is usually very pretty to look at, so that’s a positive aspect. We can’t all be hanging out in national parks or on the Antarctic ice caps or on top of Mount Kilamanjaro. We are too many! For most of us, the concept of doing such a thing is too big anyway.

So the next thing is to get a visual picture of what we know exists, which we often find profoundly and truly amazing. Seeing a nature poster brings us back to a humble and awed state where we can often appreciate how magnificent and amazing we and nature are. In fact, it is the same, but that is another story.

Experiences in nature increase fascination, intrinsic interest and enjoyment. Wilderness inspires feelings of wonder and wonder… people feel better familiar with their own thoughts and feelings, and feel ‘different’ in some way: calmer, at peace with themselves, ‘more beautiful inside and out’. suffocations’.

Well where were we? Ah, that’s right, nature posters. Then, for a moment, I was completely disconnected in a beautiful, misty Japanese zen garden! You can’t get too much of these things. Obviously we all need it, and it is part of us. A nature poster gives us the ability to connect, to go there, to travel to a place of wonder and beauty.

I know, it’s just a post. But surely if it moves us in any way, even briefly, it can motivate us to move towards our dreams and the realization of our goals. A nature poster is certainly inspiring. How many times have you heard yourself say wow, I want to do that or I want to go there?

And you can, if you really want to! And just think: we see it in pictures. So by looking at a nature poster, maybe you can imagine, or see yourself in a similar environment, or doing something you’ve always wanted to do.

Or of course, just enjoy the pure pleasure of the moment!

Have fun. And when you come back, tell me.
