There is often a fine line between putting yourself, First, in a personally valuable way, and, being a narcissist! Balancing, the essential components, of self-respect, and/or self-love, without doing so, at the expense of others, is a necessary combination, and necessary! After more than four decades of conducting hundreds of self-help/personal development seminars etc., I believe that fully understanding this and proceeding accordingly is important and perhaps essential, but often quite challenging. ! With that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly consider, examine, review and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why it is so significant in terms of trying to help oneself. .

1. face the facts; search, fun; feel better/feelings; Finalize: There is no use lying to yourself, but rather, only when/if you consistently face – the – facts, and take the time, and make the effort, to check yourself, from Neck up, introspectively and objectively, you will proceed in a beneficial way! Your goal should be to better understand yourself and find your best path forward! What is fun for you and what usually makes you feel better? Will you emphasize respecting the feelings of others, but also emphasize self-help and personal satisfaction? How will you maintain the stamina, discipline, and commitment to continue, to the end, so that you become the best you can be?

two. Integrity; imagination; image; inspired; initiative: Maintaining absolute integrity, rather than taking some path of least resistance, improves your self-image, as well as the productivity and potential of your efforts! It takes courage to consistently proceed with relevant imagination that inspires you and makes you feel better about yourself! However, it also requires effort, having the necessary initiative, making personal changes, for the better!

3. Realistic; justification/reasoning; respect; important: You will need to be realistic and learn how to effectively leverage your personal strengths, while addressing your areas of weakness, in a meaningful way! Constantly objectively assess the quality of your justification and the level of your reasoning! If you keep your focus on relevant improvements, your self-respect potential increases!

Four. self help; solutions; attend; stronger: Self-help should be the cornerstone to improve your existence! Well-considered, workable solutions invariably serve your best interests and make you a better, happier, more content individual!

5. Take time; prompt; time tested; to be honest; try harder: How one balances the need to take one’s time, without resorting to procrastination, and proceeding with well-considered and timely actions often makes a significant difference—for the better! It can be a challenge to proceed, to be true to yourself, but if you are and commit to constantly trying harder and smarter, you will maximize your opportunity to be the best you can be!

Personal happiness and self-satisfaction often depend on the willingness and ability to put yourself, FIRST, while avoiding, the possibility of being, narcissistic! Are you prepared for these tasks?
