Keep a group size of 8-10 (or less) to be together all the time at group activities and dinners, as the separation of group members often causes people to join groups and start the drama, which is generally not very funny.

The bachelor should be open about the number of people he plans to invite to the party. However, if these guys bring more trouble than excitement when around, then you’d better find a way to make sure they don’t come around.

The same is true for those who are included in the planning. First of all, there should be a number of people in charge of the important parts like the dates, the main event or the night out. From then on, the rest will join in to discuss what has been decided.

If the “main stag party” will take place in one day/night, it will usually be: dinner, a nightclub and/or pool during the day, then a strip club. If they don’t plan on going to a pool or club/strip club, they can still enjoy many other things.

Group members should not be too pushy when discussing activities for all hours of each day, particularly in the mornings after the group returns from a drinking session (which is pretty much every morning).

Most of the other activities should just be “optional”. This means that although each person in the group is informed about the schedule, it is up to them if they want to attend or not.

If everyone in the group has a cell phone (but some foreign visitors don’t), group text chats can allow everyone to stay connected by staying on the same page. However, they should make sure to set some privacy guidelines like “don’t share this with anyone else”.

If the group plans to have a theme, like wearing matching outfits (no one likes that but it can be fun), they should be familiar with dress codes and be aware that a group of guys in clown hats and shorts can look annoying to passersby.

A group of guys shouldn’t waste time signing up for pool and nightclub guest lists. The person at the door will turn them away when the group is not made up of the same number of girls as boys.

Having said that, even if they are not considering table service, they should at least calculate how much it would cost. When you think about the entry charges, buying drinks at the bar and waiting in line, it’s worth it.

There are plenty of liquor stores just a few minutes away on the Strip via Uber or Lyft. It may be more practical to store useful drinks, snacks, and hangover supplies inside the room, so room service isn’t too expensive.
