After taking a look at Telfund International for the first time, I thought it was something completely different than it really is. In reviewing this article, I will share with you what I found and why it may be of interest to you if you are looking into Telfund International.

When I first heard about the company… I heard it was all about saving money on phone bills and text messages, so needless to say, I thought it was the next telco to come. But I was wrong.

So what the heck is it then?

Well, after doing some research, I found out that Telfund is really looking to build a social network around their platform that is based on voice minutes, text messages and even money transfers. Their plan is pretty ingenious in my opinion because anyone can sign up for a FREE account.

But you might ask, “What value would that have?” Well, they’re not just building a network of people… you would be building a network too. You can then send a text to everyone in your network or transfer money to someone within the network, etc. You get the picture.

The reason this could be a HUGE thing is that social media is all the rage right now. Everyone and their brother jump on places like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. This could be a great thing if Telfund starts to gain some traction in the social media arena, but it could also mean they could be in for a tough turn if they can’t break into the BIG 3.

So where do you make your money?

If people sign up for a FREE account but then decide they’d like to take advantage of cheap international calling minutes or text messaging plans, then as a Telfund distributor you’ll earn a commission on each of those sales.

You also get paid, as with any network marketing company, for each person you sign up as a distributor for the business. This is where the real money is made…in onboarding new business distributors.

So how do you find new distributors?

Well, that’s the trick now, isn’t it? Most leaders tell their new hires to start with a “friends and family list.” You call this list and see who might be interested in the opportunity. But this is my experience with it…none of them wanted it as much as I did. They didn’t care about success and helping other people, like me.

So how do you get around that… attract interested people? There are always people around the world who are “seeking” you and the leadership you can provide. All you have to learn to do is get right in front of them.
