How to kiss, good advice for your first time: Do you want to get an amazing first kiss with the girl/boy of your dreams? It’s really not that difficult. All it takes is a little bit of confidence and a bit of knowledge to make sure that your first kiss is something to remember for the rest of your life. I know that sometimes it can be frustrating and annoying not being able to find the confidence to kiss someone, but follow my advice and your problems will go away.

So here you are, snuggled up with someone special, and you can’t stop thinking about kissing them. Chill out! It’s pretty easy to come up with an easy plan to put yourself on the path to stardom.

1. Make sure you are in a position where your faces can easily reach each other without unnecessary stretching or twisting.

2. Try to get a moment where you can look them in the eye. Maybe wait for a break in the conversation. Look into their eyes and smile. If they smile back, you’re cleared to move on.

3. Lean forward slightly, decreasing the distance between the two of you. You want your date to suddenly stop thinking about what he WAS thinking and start thinking about kissing you. Don’t lean too far in. You’re not going for that kiss yet.

4. Use a free hand to cup your chin or just tuck two fingers under your chin slightly. Pretend to pull them towards you with your hand (very gently). They must come willingly, if they are ready to be kissed. This is the most important step in making a smooth transition to kissing.

5. Bring your face forward and see if he starts to close his eyes, lean in towards you, or tilt his head. Make sure their noses aren’t on a collision course.

6. Don’t close your eyes until just before you make contact with your lips. Make the kiss soft and gentle. Keep your lips slightly parted and gently press them against your partner’s.

7. After a second, step back and open your eyes. Congratulations! You just got your first kiss! Now you can decide if you want to start kissing us.

The most difficult part of this entire process is setting up the situation and determining the trust to begin steps 1-3. I have discovered an easy line that makes it much easier. Keep reading!
