A face mask should be used once or twice a week to keep your skin soft, supple and looking great. A mask is made so you can simply apply it to your skin and wait. As it dries, you will feel your face tighten. This is how you can tell that the mask is doing its job correctly. Leave the mask on for 10-30 minutes and then rinse with cool or lukewarm water and a washcloth if necessary. Once you’ve washed your face, be sure to add your favorite moisturizer to replenish your skin’s hydration.

You should use a mask that has deep cleansing and moisturizing properties to get a deep clean face without drying it out. This will also help you get rid of oily buildup and stubborn dirt, helping to reduce or even eliminate acne. The mask will help you remove dead skin to bring younger, healthier skin cells to the surface. A mask will also help to tighten the skin and reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

Carrot Face Mask for Normal to Oily Skin

2-3 large carrots

4 ½ tablespoons of honey.

Cook the carrots until soft and mash them into a paste. Add honey and mix. Gently apply the mask to clean, dry skin and leave it on for 10 minutes. Rinse well with luke warm water and then splash your face with cool water.

Facial toning egg mask

Have you ever heard the expression boy, I have egg on my face? Well… This is the good version of it. Eggs are great for tightening the skin, so you’ll have firmer skin with less sagging.

To prepare, beat an egg white until stiff. Then spread it all over the face. Let it act for 20 minutes and then rinse well. If you have oily skin add a drop of lemon juice to the egg whites before applying. For dry skin add a little honey.

If you have acne breakouts, gently remove the skin from inside the eggshells and apply to the acne breakout and leave it on for 30 minutes or overnight.
