When placing a chandelier in the foyer, consider the height of the ceiling and the size of the space. The optimal location would be at least 9 feet from the ground. If there is a window above the front door, you may want to center it on the window for maximum curb appeal. Foyer sconces are usually placed at the entrance of a home, but you can also think outside the box with these.
