B. Program (Conceptual basis). Indicate the philosophical foundation of the program. For example, “This initial teacher education and training program prepares and enables prospective teachers to develop their ability to adjust teaching according to the needs of the students and the contextual factors of the school (Reflective Pastoral Learner Partnership Model) “.

D. Program (Design). Describe how the program will work. For example, “Personal tutors will be provided to prospective teachers.” “Prospective teachers are expected to carry out, under supervision, original research.” “Future teachers must be educated and trained in the areas of initial education, technical and vocational education and other subjects according to the preference of the students and the availability of teachers.”

For example, “The curriculum will be divided into three areas of knowledge development: basic pedagogical subjects, areas of specialization, that is, initial education, technical and vocational education and other subjects and practices.

H. Association. Describe the nature of the relationship between the program and key stakeholders. For example, “The Board of Education or the Board of Governors will oversee the overall program.” “Schools will be encouraged, through their principals, to share feedback on how to improve the program.”

I. Quality assurance. Describe the validation or accreditation plans and the benefits of doing so. For example, “The initial teacher education and training program will seek accreditation from an international or regional body.” “This will ensure that students receive a quality education.”

J. Personal. List who will be on the faculty. For example, “Initially, the program will employ an external adjunct and will use the existing faculty.”
